GAFCON Update from Jerusalem

Those who trust in the LORD are like Mount Zion,
which cannot be shaken but endures forever.
As the mountains surround Jerusalem,
so the LORD surrounds his people both now and forevermore.

Psalm 125

Warm greetings from Jerusalem where pilgrims are arriving and preparing for this evening's opening session.

We know that many of you will want to be part of the opening session this evening and to hear what Archbishop Akinola has to say. We are happy to confirm that there will be a live stream of the session, courtesy of AnglicanTV, and that will be available on the GAFCON website. The session starts at 1pm New York, 6pm London time and 8pm Jerusalem.

GAFCON is enormously grateful to AnglicanTV for providing this service. If you felt able to contribute to their work, please do click on the donations button for AnglicanTV which you'll find below the broadcast, both on the frontpage of our site when the stream is up, and permanently on our dedicated Video Channel.

The Video Channel will continue to be updated with media throughout the week, so do keep coming back there to see and hear the latest from Jerusalem. [Click the icon on the GAFCON sidebar. --JG]

Our good wishes to you on this the first Lord's Day of the Conference.
